An entrepreneur of IT-software, Biotech and other related fields who wishes to start a dream project, needs a work space with early-phase entrepreneurial support – professional, academic and unique entrepreneurial emotional bouncer.  Have access to faculties and students.  
Already have a business somewhere else and wishes to open a business development center in Silicon Valley.  MBAs and IT-software students and faculties are available to support your projects too.
